National Night Out 2006

Armed Robbery of a Citizen

November 7, 2005

At approximately 1:28 p.m. today's date, a 53 year old female from Lake Orion was robbed at gun point as she attempted to enter the Comerica Bank located at 260 Brown Rd. in Auburn Hills. The victim had just exited her vehicle and she was walking towards the bank entrance when the suspect approached her. Armed with a handgun, the suspect pushed the victim down and took her purse. The victim was outside of the bank when the robbery occurred.

After taking the victim's purse, the suspect ran back to a waiting vehicle and entered the passenger side. The suspect vehicle is described as a red late model Ford passenger car. There was no plate on the car. The car was driven by a second suspect.

The suspect who took the victim's purse is described as a black male, 30 to 35 years old, approximately 6' tall and 250 pounds. He was wearing all dark clothing. The driver of the vehicle is described as a black male, large build, and between the ages of 30 and 35 years old.
