The Auburn Hills Police Department is investigating an armed robbery of The Oriental Forest Restaurant located at 4197 Baldwin Rd. The robbery occurred on 8/19/2006 at 3:15 pm. A suspect entered the front of the store, brandished a handgun and ordered the store employee to open the cash register drawer.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6' tall, weighing between 220-250 lbs. He was described as having a full face. The suspect was last seen wearing a white dress shirt, dark colored pants and a hat with a full brim. The suspect may have fled the scene in an older white full size G.M. vehicle. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Auburn Hills Police Department at 248-370-9444.
