Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

Homer Lewis Ramsey, 43 years old, of Pontiac was arrested at approximately 8:00 am in Pontiac on January 23, 2007 by the Auburn Hills Police Department.  Ramsey is charged in connection with the armed robbery of the Dairy Queen located at 3053 E. Walton Blvd in Auburn Hills on August 5, 2006 and The Oriental Forest Café located at 4197 Baldwin Rd in Auburn Hills on August 19, 2006.  Ramsey is also a suspect in several other armed robbery cases that have occurred outside the City of Auburn Hills.

 

Ramsey was arraigned on January 25, 2007 at the 52/3 District Court on two counts of armed robbery.  Magistrate Soma set a cash bond of $100,000 on each count.  Ramsey was lodged at the Oakland County jail after his arraignment on the charges.
